In Washington State, insurers must offer Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage with a minimum of $10,000, which can go toward your treatment. Our clinic will help you open a PIP claim if you haven't already. In Oregon, PIP is a mandatory coverage and insurers must provide at least $15,000 per person.

If you waived or exhausted PIP coverage, we can still provide the care you need on credit under a letter of protection with your attorney. Your attorney pays for your treatment from your settlement or jury verdict, and we handle all the billing details.

Yes, we take care of billing the PIP carrier for you. Once you provide your claim number, there is nothing more you need to do — we handle the billing process and, if necessary, the appeals process.
