What to expect

How care works here

No guesswork about the process. This is the path nearly every collision patient follows.

  1. Call the clinic Bring photo ID, your PIP claim number and adjuster contact, and your attorney’s details if you have one. No attorney yet? We can refer you.
  2. Two-hour initial exam A comprehensive intake covering muscular, spinal and neurological injury — the baseline everything else is measured against.
  3. Treatment begins Chiropractic care, progressive deep-tissue massage therapy and cryotherapy, plus ice packs and equipment such as cervical pillows or lumbar supports.
  4. Re-evaluation every six weeks Dr. Kelly re-examines you, compares findings to baseline, and adjusts the plan or refers onward as your recovery dictates.
Paying for care

Do not skip treatment because you are worried about the bill.

Most collision patients pay nothing out of pocket. We open the claim, handle the billing, and appeal denials on your behalf — routinely. Once you give us your claim number, there is nothing more you need to do.

  • Washington PIP — at least $10,000 Insurers must offer Personal Injury Protection coverage of $10,000 minimum. We will help you open the claim if you have not already.
  • Oregon PIP — at least $15,000 PIP is mandatory coverage in Oregon, with a minimum of $15,000 per person.
  • No PIP? Care on a letter of protection If you waived or exhausted PIP, we can still treat you on credit under a letter of protection, paid from your settlement or verdict.
